DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

37hrs per week

£39,966.56 – £45,711.91 per annum

We have an ambitious growth programme to deliver 400 new homes each year.  As Development and Construction Manager, you will lead, manage and promote cross team working to help us achieve great results.  You will take day to day responsibility for the delivery of new development opportunities as well as the oversight of our construction activity. You will have a proven track record of appraising new development opportunities responsibly, with a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of robust and accurate forecasting. You will use your market knowledge and network of contacts to bring opportunities to Clanmil.  You will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and really value building relationships both externally and internally. You will possess a strong sense of social purpose and understanding of key issues in the property and construction sector in Northern Ireland.
