You will work for a leading voluntary sector, non-profit making organisation that provides professional advice on housing in Northern Ireland and solutions for people who find themselves in housing difficulties.

Our Ramona House Project provides supported accommodation and detox services for men and women (18+) experiencing alcohol misuse.

Your New Role at Ramona House
You will work in an accommodation setting, supporting the Manager, staff and service users to aid and support individuals that have been impacted by excessive drinking through Supported Living and an Alcohol Detox Service.

What we Need from You

Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available in the Candidate Information Pack)

• A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or related field (minimum NVQ level III or equivalent)
• Direct work experience with individuals with alcohol problems within a challenging environment and vulnerable individuals who are homeless
• A Management Qualification (level 5 or level 3 equivalent with a commitment to work towards level 5 in Managing Health and Social Care)
• At least two years supervisory management experience
• IT skills
