Customer Service Advisors (Internship) Radius Housing

After successful completion of the Academy training programme you will progress to a permanent Customer Service Advisor role (starting salary £19,650 per annum – pro rata for part time positions).

Contract type:           Paid internship (including progression to a permanent role).

 

No experience required. Full training will be provided through our Radius Academy 9-month Customer Service Training Programme.

 

Hours:                        Full time and part time positions available and to be discussed at interview.

Salary:                        £18,278 per annum (pro rata for part time positions) for 9-month training period.

Criteria

 

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

 

1.GCSE English and Maths at minimum of Grade C.

OR

Essential Skills Level 2 (to include Communication & Application of Number)

 

2. Experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
