Our new Customer Service Advisor internship roles are a fantastic opportunity to ‘earn as you learn’ and to kick start an exciting new career in housing. Our team of Advisors help our customers to resolve queries across the full range of our services.

 

After successful completion of the Academy training programme you will progress to a permanent Customer Service Advisor role (starting salary £19,650 per annum – pro rata for part time positions).

Contract type:           Paid internship (including progression to a permanent role).

 

No experience required. Full training will be provided through our Radius Academy 9-month Customer Service Training Programme.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

 

1.GCSE English and Maths at minimum of Grade C.

OR

Essential Skills Level 2 (to include Communication & Application of Number)

 

  1. Experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
