Customer Service Advisors

1 Full time (maternity cover for 8 months with possible extension)

1 Part time permanent role (hours flexible)

About you:

As a member of our Service Centre Team, you will be operating within a dynamic, responsive, and fast-paced environment in which you will provide an outstanding service to all current and potential customers contacting Clanmil. You will be using different communication channels to communicate with customers and promoting digital channels where possible.

About the role:

We expect you to have a minimum of one years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of    customer queries in a front-line customer service role such as a call/service centre, retail etc.
