Cooks, Foyle Valley House, Derry-Londonderry Apex Housing Association

Foyle Valley House is a female hostel accommodation giving support and care for up to 14 homeless women who have an alcohol dependency. It is situated close to the city centre of Derry~Londonderry. Foyle Valley House provides a comfortable and safe home with 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.

Essential Criteria
QCF/NVQ level 2, City&Guilds or alternative equivalent qualification in catering

AND
One year’s experience working as a professional cook catering for 15 or more

OR
Two year’s experience working as a professional cook catering for 15 or more if you do not hold the above qualification.

It is a genuine occupational qualification for the above position that the holder be female within the meaning of Article 10 of the sex discrimination Northern Ireland Order 1976.
