Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Commercial Admin to process works orders data including purchase orders, invoicing from works complete to financial completion of all works to include reports and keeping files/data up to date.

 

Responsibilities: –

  • To issue / reconcile purchase orders to sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • To ensure all records are kept up to date for procurement, processing of materials, stock and use of sub-contractors.
  • To utilise the systems to assist with all task/work orders are up to date with accurate information.
  • Liaise with relevant Choice organisation staff to ensure compliance with all processes.
  • To ensure all records, filing and tracker reports are kept up to date.
  • To utilise the reporting functionality of Choice Management Information Systems to improve performance.
  • To assist with monthly reports on performance and issues arising.
