A bit about us As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all. We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years. A bit about the role At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do. Post 1 will be based at Belfast schemes which comprises a mixture of apartments and houses – Springfield Mill, Falls Road, Ardglen, Belmore. Post 2 will be based in our Glenwhirry scheme which is one of our new mixed tenure schemes with 51 apartments. The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You will have previous experience working within a similar role.
