A bit about the role

Mill Close and Mill Terrace is a new development of 40 general needs houses and apartments across four blocks in Carrickfergus. The Old Boat Yard comprises of 19 apartments in three blocks. The Caretaker will be responsible for the cleaning of all the communal areas within the apartment blocks, carry out weekly fire alarm test and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors.
You’ll have at least 6 months previous experience working as a Cleaner/Domestic Assistant/caretaker in a paid or voluntary working environment.
