Caretaker –
This role will be based at Lisburn schemes which comprises a mixture of
apartments and houses – Ayrshire, Sloan Street and Market Square
34 Hours
Salary: £9.90 per hour

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all. A bit about the role –
At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do.
The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You will have previous experience working within a similar role. This role will be based at Lisburn schemes which comprises a mixture of apartments and houses – Ayrshire, Sloan Street and Market Square.
