Our Care Assistants deliver critically important support services, promoting the welfare and wellbeing of all of our residents. 

 Whilst specific qualifications are not required for this role, we invite applications from people who have developed an understanding of the care and support needs of adults, based on their own work experience (either paid, or voluntary, within their own family setting, or with other service providers).

Care & Support Assistants on our flexi registers will be offered work on an ‘as and when required basis’ for each of our schemes. Both full time, part time and variable work patterns are currently available. The availability of applicants will be discussed at interview. 

The Association will consider all applications in accordance with the selection criteria outlined in the person specification for the role, and according to the date on which applications are received, according to need in each location.
