The Call Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls promptly and taking appropriate and timely action in order to fulfil customer requirements.

 

Hours / shift pattern:  Various hours 14-35 and shift patterns available to cover 24/7 service to be discussed at interview.

 

(28 hours) 4 nightshifts 11pm – 7am.

(14 hours) 2 nightshifts 11pm – 7am.

(28 hours) rotating shifts – 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts or 4 nightshifts

(14 hours) rotating shifts – 2 early shifts or 2 late shifts, 2 nightshifts.

Location: Connect 24, Holywood

 

Salary: £19,650 (SP5) – £20,852 (SP8) per annum pro rata. You will also be paid an additional premium in respect of unsocial hours working, in line with the shift pattern worked.

  • Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience providing a front-line customer service.

 

  • IT literacy, as evidenced by substantial practical experience in the use of a range of Microsoft Office software, or other broad range of equivalent office software packages.
