Call Advisors – Connect 24 Radius Housing

The Call Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls promptly and taking appropriate and timely action in order to fulfil customer requirements.

Hours / shift pattern:  Various hours and shift patterns available to cover 24/7 service.

Salary: £19,650 (SP5) – £20,852 (SP8) per annum pro rata + 15% Shift Allowance

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

• Good general level of education, to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent qualification, in both  English and Maths.

• Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience providing a front-line customer service.

• IT literacy, as evidenced by substantial practical experience in the use of a range of Microsoft Office software, or other broad range of equivalent office software packages.
