Call Advisors Radius Housing

The Call Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls promptly and taking appropriate and timely action in order to fulfil customer requirements.

Hours / shift pattern:  35, 28, 17.5 and 16 per week. Various shift patterns available to cover 24/7 service.

Salary: £19,312 (SP5) to £20,493 (SP8) per annum pro rata + 15% Shift Allowance
