About the role

We’re on the hunt for a Building Safety Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in ensuring our properties not only meet—but exceed—statutory and regulatory requirements. You will oversee all necessary legislative and best practice for the delivery of our servicing and testing of key building systems to maintain building safety and deliver great customer care and value.

 

About you

You’ll have a relevant Level 5 qualification in a property-related field and at least three years’ recent supervisory experience in asset management projects, or five years’ experience without a formal qualification. With proven staff management skills, you’ll bring expertise in statutory compliance, fire risk management and budget control across a multi-site property environment. You’re a proactive, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a drive for continuous improvement. Experience in social housing, knowledge of NI public procurement regulations and contract management proficiency will support your success in this role.
