About the roles
At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. As a valued member of our Assets team you would be delivering a customer focused service to those tenants as well as meeting targets, ensuring compliance and safety and delivering value for money for the Group’s asset management.
We’re currently looking for Response Assets Officers and a Senior Response Assets Officer to join our talented Assets team. Response Assets Officer
£26,252.97-£33,067.12 per annum
Our Response Assets Officer will support and assist the Response Maintenance team including actioning and monitoring repair requests, identifying works required and issuing works orders, appraising contractor performance and carrying out void inspections.
We’re seeking strong candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to providing customer focused service and has previous experience in contract management including supervision of contracts. You will have practical experience of delivering a front facing customer focused service and be able to travel to carry out the requirements of the post without the reliance on public transport.
If you’re proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, can organise and prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative with limited supervision, we would love to hear from you!
You will have two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction / facilities / maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction environment. However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment may also apply.
Senior Response Assets Officer
£31,019.86 – £35,049.12per annum
Our Senior Response Assets Officer will lead the Response Maintenance team and support the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy and procedures to provide an excellent response maintenance service to our customers.
We’re seeking a strong candidate who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and who can lead, motivate and promote collaborative teamworking. You will have a strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations and best practice, practical experience in contract management and a practical working knowledge of procurement regulations, with the use of MTC and NEC contracts. If you have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and at least one years’ demonstrable experience (within the last three) of managing staff, we would love to hear from you!
You will possess a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a maintenance/building/construction related subject AND three years’ experience (within the last five years) coordinating maintenance services within a property management environment. However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but who have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) coordinating maintenance services within a property management environment may also apply.
