Radius Housing provides quality social and affordable housing in 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We offer sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people. We also provide a range of specialist care and support facilities for the frail & elderly, people with dementia and other complex needs and the homeless. Currently our turnover is £90m pa. We manage 13,000 properties and develop around 400 new homes each year.
We are seeking forward thinking Board Members who can help shape our development and contribute to our strategy for future success. Our Board meet 5 times a year and attendance at one or two Committees and other events is expected, so that an average time commitment is at least 10 days pa.
We are looking for members who share our passion for innovation, creativity and social impact as we realise our ambition of transforming lives through our housing, care and support.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience gained working at senior levels in relevant organisations in one or more of the following areas: – Development or Property and Estates Management or Finance and Audit. Experience in the public, private, community or voluntary sectors and knowledge of good governance is desirable. You are welcome to contact the Chair or CEO for further information.
