Radius was formed in 2017 through a merger of Fold and Helm Housing Association’s, bringing together 80 years of knowledge and expertise. This merger enables us to build more new homes, enhance our customer services and invest in new enabling technologies.
The Radius Board meets five times a year to review strategic issues and make key decisions for the Association. In between times, authority is delegated through a framework of subcommittees on more operational matters. Board Members are distributed between the committees depending on their skills and experience.
The role of Board Member for an organisation of this nature is both challenging and rewarding. It requires experienced executives who are committed to the purpose of Radius to make an important societal impact through its commitment to tenancy sustainability. Board Members will work to ensure that Radius does all it possibly can to alleviate poverty, protect its business, enable growth and expand its offering amid these times of increasing demand for its services.
