Grove Community Housing Association (GCHA) – Board Member Opportunities

Based in the heart of North Belfast GCHA makes a positive difference daily. Our success is dependent upon a strong team ethos and a cultural mindset that always wants to do  better. An integral part of that success is the role played by our Board.

Following a skills audit and formulation of a Board succession plan we are looking to add expertise to the Board that includes the following:

• Finance & Treasury
• Legal (commercial contract)
• Procurement
• Strategic Leadership
• Community Development
• Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
• Digital, Cyber & AI Transformation

We are looking to appoint up to four Board members.

GCHA may be small, but we are looking for professionals who have ‘big’ organisation experience which can be applied in a community setting to make real time difference.  If you have the confidence, boldness and entrepreneurial flair to innovate strategically then these opportunities are for you.
