ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ASSETS & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
37 hours per week
Salary: circa £62k & highly attractive benefits

As the Assistant Director of Assets and Contract Management, you and your team look after customers’ homes ensuring it is well maintained, safe and energy efficient. You also lead and oversee our subcontractor ensuring they embrace our high expectations.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating social change through creating and maintaining quality and safe homes. You are confident, solutions focussed, resilient, creative, fast paced and forward-thinking to help us to deliver on our ambition, goals and values.
