Assets Officer Radius Housing

We are currently seeking to recruit the following position:

Assets Officer

Location:        Radius Offices, Belfast or Holywood

Ref:                 FHA02626

Hours:            37 hours per week

Salary:            £27,741 (pt23) to £32,234 (pt28) per annum

The post holder will assist the Assets Manager in delivering a professional, technical and customer facing estates maintenance service, working flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, proactively identifying areas for service improvement.
