The Assets Officer’s role is to assist in the effective management of the Association’s Maintenance function relating to the Association’s dwellings and jointly managed properties, and to support the Assets Manager in the delivery of the Assets Department strategic objectives.

Job No J403 (37 hours p/w)

Salary: Level 03 – Officer, points 20 – 29 £26,446 – £33,486 per annum and essential car user allowance.

These posts will initially be based at our Head office.
