Assets Manager Radius Housing

Providing leadership and line management to Radius Housing’s Responsive Maintenance team, the postholder will manage and co-ordinate that team and assist the Director of Assets in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service to the tenants.

Skills and Competencies:

We are looking for some-one who is as comfortable with contract management as they are with performance monitoring in an environment where they have daily opportunities to interface with clients.  The postholder will be experienced in designating budgets and providing forecasts of expenditure and will be able to point to a track record of quality procurement exercises in relation to technical works or services.  Able to compile business cases and clear documentation for a senior management and board audience, they will be capable of supervising staff, identifying problems and implementing resolutions.  They will be IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and working with databases, with access to their own transport.
