Assets Manager (Response) Radius Housing

We are currently seeking to recruit an Assets Manager (Response) based  in our offices in Belfast or Holywood.

Hours:            37 hours per week

Salary:            £38,890 (SP35) to £48,847 (SP45) per annum

As an Assets Manager you will lead and manage the Response Maintenance and Repairs team, assisting in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service to tenants and service users across the full portfolio of Radius properties.  This role will give you opportunity to seek out new solutions and innovative ways to deliver the Assets service, and will include supplier and budget management.
