NJC PO4-PO5 points 35 – 41  

£41,496 – £47,573

 plus other employee benefits including NILGOSC pension scheme membership (worth additional 19.5% of base salary via employers contribution), private health care scheme

 

St Matthews HA is a registered housing association providing general housing and elderly housing to the tenants of just over 200 properties. It is an exciting time for SMHA, with new housing currently being delivered as part of our growth programme and a move to new purpose built office accomodation due to take place in Summer 2024. The Association wish to appoint a suitably qualified person to the above post.
