A bit about the role

As Assets Administrator you will provide full administrative support to our Planned & Response Assets team and a great customer-focused service to our tenants.


You will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths and English OR 5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.


You will also have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of calls in front line customer service to include dealing with customer enquiries.


You will have complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrated by way of examples on the application form and have experience of dealing with a large volume and variety of tasks prioritizing workloads.


NVQ Level 2 in Office Administration would be advantageous, as would previous experience of working in administration within a property / construction environment.
