Assets Officer

Ref: FHA02300

37 Hours per week

(Salary £26,999 – £31,371, based between Belfast and Holywood)

 You will deliver a maintenance and repairs service to our tenants and service users, which may include response, planned, servicing and cyclical maintenance, adaptations and refurbishment of our properties. You will prepare schedules of work, supervise works, carry out surveys and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of completion.
