Our Apprentice programmes will be the first step on your career path to becoming a Housing Officer. A Housing Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of housing services, tenant satisfaction, and organisational compliance.
A Housing Officer is responsible for managing various aspects of housing; conducting audits, addressing anti-social behaviour, maintaining positive relationships with local partners, attending meetings on behalf of Choice, promoting tenant involvement, resolving complaints and disputes, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and enforcing tenancy agreements.
Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English or Equivalent**
- Experience in Microsoft packages
- Driving license and access to your own transport (desirable)
