Choice Housing is seeking to appoint 2 apprentices to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer-focused service to Choice customers. Advisors will answer incoming repairs and housing management calls from tenants and make outgoing calls to ensure excellent service delivery and problem resolution. The apprenticeships will complete a City & Guilds Level 2/Diploma in Customer Service. The duration of the course of study is anticipated to be 12-14 months.
- Applicants must have Maths/English at GCSE C grade or above, or Essential Skills Level 2 or equivalent
- Applicants must be aged between 16-24 years;
- Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 21 hours per week based in the Services Centre
- Understanding of good customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
