Our apprenticeship programme is the first step to becoming a housing management professional and we are looking for a committed individual to join our 2-year apprenticeship programme.

As part of this programme you will have 4 days a week at our head office in Stockmans Way, Belfast and 1 study day whereby you will work towards achieving a CIH Level 3 in Housing Practice and OCN Level 3 in Housing.

You will need 5 GCSES (Including Grade C or above in English & Maths, or equivalent)

No prior experience is needed; just the right attitude and a desire to develop your career.

Contract:                        2 Year Fixed Term Apprenticeship Contract

Hours:                           37 Hours Per Week, 9am to 5pm Monday & Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you may on occasion be required to work outside normal office hours.

Remuneration:                 National minimum wage rates apply.

Pension:                         NILGOSC contributory pension scheme. Employer contribution is currently 19%.

Annual Leave:                 22 days annual leave moving to 27 after 5 years’ service and 32 days after 10 years’ service;

Statutory Leave:              13 customary holidays per annum;

Occupational Sick Pay:      Up to a maximum of 3 months full pay and 3 months half pay. (Depending on length of service).
