About the role
At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting development opportunity to work at the heart of our business and contribute to our planned asset strategy. You will work as part of the Planned Assets team and help to support the wider Assets team.
As our Planned Assets Administrator (Apprentice) you will deliver a high-quality administrative service to facilitate the smooth running of the Association’s Planned Maintenance Department and maintain the Groups statutory compliance.
About you
We are seeking a highly organised candidate who has strong customer service skills, with ability to build positive relationships and have a genuine desire to help our tenants.
If you are an excellent written and verbal communicator and have the ability to act with discretion and confidentiality, we would love to hear from you!
You will have a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths and English. We are also looking for a candidate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

About our offer
The salary for this post will be awarded at the National Minimum wage appropriate to the successful applicants age and the minimum wage for apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training. To be eligible for an Apprenticeship Programme you will need to be aged between 16 – 24 years of age, by the closing date.
