Allocations and Income Officer Clanmil Housing

About the role

This is and exciting new role and as  Allocations & Income Officer, you will be integral to helping us to give people homes and to maximise our income streams. A complete all-rounder, you will have the opportunity to work and contribute to initiatives right across the Housing Department. You will provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers. You will achieve this by working with your colleagues to come up with innovative and efficient solutions.

About you

We are seeking a candidate who has strong knowledge of customer service excellence with understanding of customer needs and evolving customer service.  If you have experience  of working in a busy office environment and debt/arrears recovery credit control, we would love to hear from you!

You will have a minimum of GCSE English and Math at Grade C or above, or equivalent,

We are also looking for a candidate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
