Business Support Administrator (Job No J443)

Location: Based in our new Head Office, Newforge Lane, Belfast.

The role:

The Business Support Administrator will be responsible to the PA to Chief Executive and provide administrative support in all matters relating to the Executive Support Team (EST).  This is a demanding position that is essential to the successful day-to-day running of the Association. The role generally involves oral and written communication, responding to email and telephone enquiries, taking minutes and collating of information.  There is a requirement to be flexible in relation to tasks to be undertaken, have a conscientious approach to work and a keen attention to detail.
