The Administrator will work as part of the administration team to provide a comprehensive administrative and IT support service to the Directorate.

Hours:             37 hours per week

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

1. Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSE’s (at a minimum of Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths

OR

QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification

AND

One years’ administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system. Including inbound and outbound telephony and email service requests and responses.

2. Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing experience.

3. Excellent level of literacy and numeracy with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
