The Administrator provides a confidential secretarial service to the Director and support the Area Managers by providing an administrative support service across the Communities Directorate
Hours: Up to 37 per week (full time and part time hours available and to be discussed at interview)
Location: Located at any of the following offices:
- Greater Belfast (Belfast / Holywood Office)
- North West (Londonderry / Derry Office)
Location will be agreed with the successful applicant. This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C) with 1 year paid Office experience.
OR
QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification with 1 year paid Office experience
OR
5 years in the past 8 years’ experience working in a paid capacity in an office environment
- IT literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office to include word processing and excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and report with accuracy and attention to detail.
