The administrator will provide full secretarial and administrative confidential support across the Directorate which includes the efficient and effective maintenance of all routine and non-routine administration procedures with regard to the key aspects of the Directorate.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

1. Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSE’s (at a minimum of Grade C) or equivalent to include and Maths

OR

QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification

AND

One years’ administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system

2. Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing experience

3. Excellent level of literacy and numeracy with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
