About Us
You will work for a leading voluntary sector, non-profit making organisation that provides professional advice on housing in Northern Ireland and solutions for people who find themselves in housing difficulties.

Francis Street Young Persons’ Accommodation Project provides twenty four-hour support, 365 days a year to young people residing in 9 units of accommodation.


Your New Role at Francis Street
You will work in an accommodation setting, developing supportive relationships that empower and enable the young people to develop the life skills needed to maintain and sustain permanent accommodation within the community.


Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available in the Candidate Information Pack)

  • Minimum of three GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
  • A relevant recognised qualification in health and social care or related field (Minimum NVQ level II or equivalent)
  • At least two years recent experience of working in an accommodation or community work setting with vulnerable 16-21 year olds.
  • IT skills

It should be noted that the criteria for this post may be enhanced to facilitate short listing.
