- Living Well, Living Independently: Supporting Ageing Well Through Housing and Community
2026-11-09
11:30 am - 2:30 pm
As Northern Ireland’s population ages, housing associations have an increasingly important role in supporting independence, wellbeing and community connection. This special event, delivered in partnership with NICILL and EROSH, will explore how housing can help people live well for longer and enable older people to remain healthy, connected and independent within their communities.
Celebrating 30 years of EROSH, the event will bring together housing professionals, policymakers, practitioners and tenant representatives to examine how innovative service delivery, partnership working and integrated approaches can improve outcomes for older people.
Delegates will hear from leading voices in the sector, including the Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland, Siobhan Casey, alongside, Stephan Rafferty, CEO EROSH, Mandy Wilson, Charity Director Age NI, Hazel Bell, Chair NIFHA and more!
Who should attend?
Housing association staff, board members, community development practitioners, policymakers, health and social care partners, tenant representatives and anyone with an interest in supporting people to age well and live independently.
We are pleased to offer 3 hours CPD accreditation for this event!
Places are limited and early booking is recommended.
