NIFHA's Leadership & Governance Conference (½day event) brings together Chairs and other housing association board members, with their Chief Executives and other members of their Senior Management teams, to consider the key strategic challenges facing our sector. This year's event takes place in the magnificent Game of Throne's Centre, just outside Banbridge. After the formalities of the event, delegates are invited to "journey behind the cameras and discover the secrets that made HBO's Game of Thrones the world's most successful TV series".

The setting for this year’s Leadership & Governance Conference is the inspiring Game of Throne’s Exhibition Centre, just outside Banbridge. The setting offers a particularly interesting space to meet and discuss the issues impacting on those who govern and lead, across the local housing association sector.

Programme for the event includes practical workshops on Risk Management and Good Governance, followed by debate and discussion on NIHE Revitalisation and New Build Programme for local social and affordable housing
