NIFHA encourages the Trust to embed housing more fully within its strategic plans, including through structured partnership forums, integrated discharge, and admission-avoidance pathways, and collaboration on digital care and safety initiatives.

By strengthening this partnership, BHSCT and housing associations can enhance resident wellbeing, reduce pressure on acute services, and deliver more effective care within communities.
