NIFHA Response to Proposals for Amendments to the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland)
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (GSIUR) set out requirements governing the installation, maintenance and use of gas fittings, with the aim of protecting the public from risks arising from the distribution, supply and use of gas. This consultation relates to HSENI’s proposals on the amendments to the GSIUR; to bring Northern Ireland in line with the changes made in Great Britain.
