NIFHA Response to HAG/TCI Changes
Our recent Press Release and Summary Paper below highlight the impact of changes to Housing Association Grant (HAG) and Total Cost Indicators (TCI) effective as of 01/12/2025.
The figures speak for themselves, with Belfast (the area in greatest housing need) being the hardest hit.
To avoid the 2026/27 new start figures collapsing, it’s clear something needs to change between now and the end of March 2026.
