Your chance to take part in a free heat loss monitoring trial

You may have met a member of the team from EnerGenius when they showcased their Onsite-Insight retrofit decision tool while exhibiting at NIFHA’s Annual Conference in September.
After receiving a positive response from a number of social landlords, the company is now keen to take the pilot project forward. You can see more details about this at http://onsite-insight.co.uk.
EnergGenius MD Michael Bambrick, commented, “Following on from the show, my colleague Patrick Macdonald and I are scheduling visits to landlords that expressed an interest in running a free, no-obligation trial of five properties over the 2017/18 winter period.
“Onsite-insight is an evolving product, and a wider scale trial will help to confirm the positive results from the development project which was undertaken in collaboration with Queen’s University Belfast and two social landlords. We are aiming for 100 properties to be included in the wider trial, to assist in delivery of a thoroughly-validated, market-ready version of the Onsite-Insight solution by mid-2018.
“If you and colleagues have 40 minutes before the end of November for a practical demonstration of the system, Patrick or myself would be very pleased to meet you at your offices.
“We are confident that the Onsite-Insight analysis has potential to be a useful and cost-effective way to enhance housing stock energy efficiency performance. The tenants will also benefit from intuitive live and historic data such as temperature and humidity, and there are several potential benefits for landlords too from the Energenius interface, in addition to the more scientific in-depth analysis offered by the discrete Onsite-Insight interface.
“We very much welcome your ideas as the system is adaptable to landlord needs,” he concluded.
