Paul Armstrong has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive of NIFHA
Paul brings ten years’ experience in the sector, having worked for several housing associations before joining NIFHA as Practice Officer in 2015.

He officially takes up the post of Deputy Chief Executive on 1 November.
Building on his previous policy & practice work, Paul will lead on welfare reform, Supporting People, housing management issues and oversee our research and communications functions.
NIFHA Chief Executive Ben Collins commented, “Paul’s passion for and knowledge of the sector came through very strongly during the recruitment process. I am pleased to announce his appointment and wish him all the very best in his new post”.
