Gosford HA Team Receive Inspiration from Business Guru

The Team from Gosford Housing Association (pictured below) recently attended the Made Not Born Management and Leadership roadshow at the Armagh City Hotel, Armagh. | The Gosford team, together with more than 60 other delegates, heard from Hilarie Owen the Chief Executive of the International Institute of Leadership. She shared some of her business experiences and explained that by engaging with staff and customers that it is possible to change the fortunes of any business. Hilaire went on to discuss how a company stands to learn more from its successes and illustrated the importance of developing and training staff, as well as providing examples of how this process had allowed organisations across the UK to achieve real time business results. |
The main purpose of DEL's Made Not Born Management and Leadership programme is to show Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) that by adopting good management practices they can achieve tangible business benefits including higher productivity, better returns on capital and more robust growth.
